Innovation prizes

During Innovation Week, many different prizes will be awarded to outstanding innovators.

On 4 October, the SKAPA Foundation will present its Development Scholarship as well as SKAPA Innovator of the Future, which is a new scholarship for young inventors.

The International Inventors Award from the Agne Johansson’s Memorial Fund will be presented during the International Inventors Day on 5 October. Threeinventions in the field of environment, energy and climate will receive SEK 300,000, SEK 100,000 and SEK 50,000 respectively. Members of IFIA are welcome to nominate one candidate each to this award. An international jury will chose the winners. The award ceremony will take place during the International Inventors Day as well as during the anniversary banquet.

Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to exhibitors at the end of the Innovation Fair. A number of certificates will also be presented to innovators who have excelled in different ways. These medals and certificates will be presented at an Award Ceremony.
